We welcome visitors to Madison UMC and are glad that you visited our church! We invite you to become a part of our church family. You may join Madison UMC by:

Completing the attendance pad and checking the appropriate box;

Talking with the pastor before or after the service, or by approaching the Pastor during the hymn of invitation;

By contacting the Church Office and scheduling an appointment with the Pastor.
New members are welcomed by:
- Profession of faith in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior/Baptism;
- Transfer of membership from another United Methodist Church or from another denomination.*
* We do not require re-baptism if you have already been baptized in a Christian Church.
